What this site currently does

The Phase 1 website provides public information and direct phone, WhatsApp, email, map and directions links. It does not provide a website enquiry form, customer account or online transaction flow.

GoldGuard still needs to confirm and document what information is received when someone contacts the business, arranges a transaction or completes a purchase or sale.

Information categories to confirm

Vercel Web Analytics is enabled to provide aggregated page-view information without third-party cookies. The final notice must still confirm the relevant service-provider, international-transfer, retention and privacy details for every system GoldGuard uses.

• Contact and appointment details supplied through phone, WhatsApp or email.
• Information needed to prepare a purchase or sale, including any identity, bank-account or other information required by the approved process.
• Technical information processed by hosting, security, market-data and analytics services used by the site.

Required final notice fields

• Approved responsible-party legal name and contact details.
• Information officer or designated privacy contact and request channel.
• Purpose and lawful basis for each processing activity.
• Recipients, service providers, international transfers and retention rules.
• Security safeguards and the response process for suspected compromise.
• Data-subject rights, correction/deletion/objection/request steps and complaint route.
• Cookies, analytics, marketing and consent wording if any are enabled.
• Effective date, version history and change-notification approach.

Before sending sensitive information

Do not ask customers to send identity documents, bank-account confirmation or other sensitive information through a digital channel until the handling instructions and contact channel are published.
